Practice of De-Addiction Medicine in Delhi
Dr. Anuj Mittal
Dr. Anuj Mittal is a neuropsychiatrist and head of the Department of Psychiatry and De-Addiction Medicine at Deen Dayal Upadayay Hospital in New Delhi, India. He has been treating people with various types of addictions to substances for the last 12-15 years in Rajasthan and Delhi. I spoke to him in his office in Delhi about his experience practicing de-addiction medicine.
Ayurvedic Approach to Habits and Addictions
Vaidya Vasant Lad
Vaidya Vasant Lad is a renowned and experienced practitioner and professor of ayurvedic medicine. He has written many books on ayurveda and is the founder and director of the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuqurque, New Mexico, USA. He also teaches foreign students of ayurveda in Pune, India. I spoke with him in his home in Pune about the ayurvedic perspective on habits and addictions.
